Gayla’s EFT How-To

EFT works with tapping or pressing your energy meridians with either hand’s index and middle fingers.  Gayla uses 8 basic tapping points in the following script. Please visit EFT founder, Gary Craig’s site to learn the full tapping proceedure at http://www.emofree.com.

1 – KC:  “karate chop”, located on the fleshy, outside edge of the hand. Tap this with your other hand.
2 – EB: the bone at the beginning of your eyebrow
3 – SE: the bone at the outside of your eye
4 – UE: the bone under the center of your eye
5 – UN: under your nose
6 – CH: on the middle of your chin
7 – CB: either one or both of your collarbone points at the base of your neck
8 – TH: on the top of your head (you can simply lay your palm on your head)

The KC is used for “making peace” with your issue. This is a critical step in helping you soften the hold on the blockages that are causing you discomfort. Unless you love and accept yourself in the given situation, you will unconsciously resist any improvement.

Points 2-8 can be “tapped” in any order.

Note: taking a slow deep breath after each statement while you are still on a tapping point, allows your mind, body, and soul to absorb what you’re saying and gives your energy meridians time to align themselves.

Example script, tap or press each point while saying:

KC: Even though this _____ is hurting me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though this _____ bothers me all day long, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
